General Mills Box Tops for Education

A vast variety of General Mills products in the supermarket have the Box Tops for Education logo. By collecting these logos and turning them into your student's classroom you can help raise money for the school. Last year over $1143 was raised for the school and the winning class was rewarded with a pizza party.

In addition to clipping Box Tops coupons, you can shop online at many popular stores through www.BoxTops4Education.com, and a percentage of each purchase will go to our school!

Big Y
Big Y Market continues to sponsor it Education Express Program. In the past, this program has provided thousands of dollars in needed supplies and equipment to New Milford Schools. Parents/relatives/friends can sign up for the program either by filling out an application in store on online at www.bigy.com/education, indicating Hill & Plain as your selected school. You will need to enter your Big Y Express Savings Card number, or you can obtain a savings card at and Big Y store. If you signed up for the program prior to September 2008, you must sign up again to get credit. Please take a moment of your time to register; there is no cost to the parent, and there is great benefit to our school! Recently, Hill & Plain used its accrued points to buy 6 DVD/VCR machines for our classrooms. Spread the word!

Do you need a shirt for Blue & White Day? Do you want to show your school spirit? Check out the listings below for Hill & Plain merchandise. Great prices on great items for the whole family, plus a percentage of your purchase price benefits your children through programs sponsored by the PTO. Merchandise can be purchased at school events, by picking up an order form in the office or by making a “copy/paste” of the information below and returning it to the office with your check made out to “Hill & Plain PTO”. Be sure to include your name, phone number, and your child’s name and teacher on your order sheet.

Direct Donation

Please remember that at any time throughout the school year you can support the school through direct donation. The fundraising opportunities and money collected go directly back to our school and bring in programs for the students that they might not otherwise experience. They also provide the funding for special events including the “Welcome Back Picnic.”
